1. Click [###] box.
2. On the [Format] menu, click [Font].
3. [Font] dialog box opens.
4. From [Font style] list, click [Bold].
5. From [Size] list, click [18].
6. In the [Effects] group, select [Underline] check box.
7. Click [OK] button.
8. Select [Center] check box.
9. Drag [###] box.
10. On the [Format] menu, click [Bullet Style].
11. On the [Format] menu, click [Paragraph].
12. In the [Indentation] group, in the [Left] box, enter [0.25].
13. Press [Tab] key.
14. Press [Tab] key.
15. In the [Indentation] group, in the [First line] box, enter [-0.25].
16. Click [OK] button.
