3. Start WMV Cut & Split. Click ? button to show the registration dialog.

5. WMV Cut & Split will connect to the Internet to confirm your registration. After registration, you can use all the features.
   If the PC you are going to use does not have an Internet connection, you can use the Offline Key to register.
